Ingredients
- 1 package Funfetti cake mix
- 1 (15.6-ounce) can Funfetti vanilla frosting
- 1 pound white candy coating, chopped
- Rainbow sprinkles or nonpareils
Steps
- Bake the cake according to package instructions in a 13x9-inch pan. Cool completely on a wire rack.
- Crumble the cooled cake into a large bowl and mix in the frosting until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into bite-sized balls and place on baking sheets. Refrigerate or freeze for 2 to 3 hours until firm.
- Melt the candy coating in the microwave, then let it cool slightly.
- Dip each cake ball in the melted coating using a fork, shaking off excess. Place on parchment-lined baking sheets and sprinkle immediately with sprinkles.
- Let the coating harden before serving.
